By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.​

 

Basically, please be aware that your work will be used to promote and publicize my accomplishments on my portfolio site and social networking sites.

You can discuss the timing of publication of your work.

I reserve the right to stream my commission progress. Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep it hidden.

Communication

Messages and transactions will be sent via Twitter DM or email.

Please be sure to respond to the message once the commission is initiated.

If i do not receive a response from you for more than 5 days on a transaction, i will consider it as a decline of commission and terminate the transaction.

In such cases, i will charge 50% of the fee until the sketch is completed, and 100% after completion.

Basically, there is no refund of the fee except in the case of negligence on our part.

WORKFLOW

  • If you are interested in commissioning me, please fill out the application form on the APPLY page.

  • reply to the application form by email or twitter DM and discuss the commission details with you. I will make a price estimation based on your demand.

  • After confirming there's no problem with the price, the schedule and other details about the commission, you would need to pay 50% or 100% of the full payment up front to secure the spot (I will send you Paypal invoice for payment).

  • After receiving the deposit, I will put your commission into my schedule. Before starting to work on your commission, I will contact you to confirm the details of the commission again.

  • When working on your commission, I will send you regular updates.

  • For rigging commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of videos when the following have been completed: (a) Model's expression, (b) head angles, (c) body movements and (d) when the rigging is almost done.

  • After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.

  • After receiving the final update (when the work is almost done), you can make a list of any revision you want made. I will make final Model's expression accordingly. Once you are happy with the final work, the final remaining money of the payment will be due.

  • After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the final commission file.If there is a defect in the model after delivery, we will correct it free of charge. (There is no filing deadline.) Please feel free to contact me.

  • The price for any addition to the model will be discussed.

Payment

Currency is in USD.

Payment by PayPal only. I will create and send you PayPal invoices for payment.

PayPal transaction fee

Basically, fees are paid in advance.
Installment payments are available for rates over $800.

You may choose to pay 100% or 50% up front, or pay the balance upon delivery.

Data Delivery

Deliveries will be sent to your email address as a ZIP file or you can download the data from Google Drive.

I will change to either delivery method depending on the volume of data.

All delivered works are copyrighted.

When using them in streams, goods, or any other places, i ask that the credit "@akimoto8art" be clearly indicated.

Unauthorized use or AI study is prohibited.

commercial use

There is a fee for commercial use of art. (Merchandise, business cards, signings, or any other activity that uses art to provide services or sell merchandise).
Please be sure to contact me.

Live2D commissions are priced to include commercial use fees.

Fees and Activities

The prices shown are price prices for individuals.

Companies should expect to pay 2-4 times more for commercial use, copyright and production time.
